Cultivate and manage the growth in all our retail outlets through direct contact and maintaining good relationship with the employees.
Partner with our leadership team to strategize operations plans and optimal utilization of resources.
Contributing to business development by adding new businesses.

Proficient in effectively managing multiple projects concurrently and prioritize them effectively.
Proven ability to identify problems, gather and analyze data to draw conclusions and develop effective plans and solutions.
Ability to develop and execute plans, delegate and follow-up on assigned tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communications and presentation skills.
Preferred Experience:
Proven track record of profitably managing and growing business in the Automotive Retail Chains.
Min. 10 to 15 years experience in leadership or top management role in automobile retail operations.
