Profile- Assistant General Manager (AGM)

CTC: ₹12 - ?18 LPA



Working Days- 6 days (10am-7 pm)/ (11am-8 pm )



Role Purpose:

Second-in-command ensures smooth functioning of all operational & client-facing departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day workflow between sales, design, logistics, and accounts. Monitor client satisfaction, sales performance & reporting. Support GM in budgeting, manpower planning, and performance reviews. Solve operational challenges and client escalations quickly.
Requirements:

Graduate / MBA with 10 yrs in interiors, retail, or design industry. Excellent team handling & problem-solving abilities.

Personality Fit: Systematic, organized, energetic multitasker.
