Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in a managerial or senior supervisory role, preferably in service-oriented sectors (e.g., hospitality, wellness, education or rehabilitation).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams across operations, administration, and client services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
Experience in implementing and monitoring operational procedures, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and high-quality service.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a hands-on approach to handling daily operations.
Proven ability in budgeting, resource planning, inventory control, and financial reporting.
Skilled in conflict resolution, staff performance management, and team motivation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general business management tools or software.
Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic work environment with a customer-centric approach.
