Assistant General Manager (AGM)
to support the General Manager and senior leadership team in overseeing operations, driving business performance, and ensuring smooth organizational growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist the
General Manager
in day-to-day management of operations, strategy execution, and business planning.
Supervise and monitor multiple departments including
Sales, Operations, HR, and Finance
.
Drive
process improvement initiatives
and operational efficiency across functions.
Develop, review, and implement
business strategies, policies, and SOPs
.
Lead cross-functional teams to achieve
organizational goals and KPIs
.
Analyze financial, operational, and performance reports to support decision-making.
Act as a bridge between management and departmental heads to ensure alignment.
Handle client relations, vendor negotiations, and strategic partnerships.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
Mentor, motivate, and develop teams to enhance productivity and performance.
Key Requirements
Graduate/MBA in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
8-12 years of progressive experience in
operations, management, or leadership roles
.
Proven experience in
team leadership, business strategy, and operational management
.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in
MS Office, MIS, and business management tools
.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
