of Assistant General Manager - Accounts & Finance



Roles & Responsibility



1.

The person is responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensuring compliance with accounting principles and provide accurate financial information for decision-making.

2.

Preparing budgets by analyzing financial data, monitoring expenses, and providing insights for budget development. He/She should contribute to financial forecasting to help the organization plan for future financial needs.

3.

To oversee day-to-day accounting activities, such as accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and payroll processing. To ensure that transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

4.

To ensure Taxation and statutory Compliances.

5.

To stay updated on accounting regulations and standards, such as Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). To ensure compliance with these standards and coordinate with external audits.

6.

To establish and enforce internal controls to safeguard financial assets and prevent fraud or errors. To assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

7.

To work closely with departments across the organization, such as operations, and human resources. To provide financial insights, support decision-making, and collaborate on projects and initiatives that have financial implications.

8.

To uphold high ethical standards in financial reporting and handling sensitive financial information. To maintain confidentiality and integrity in financial practices, adhering to professional codes of conduct.

Overall, to play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting financial decision-making, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. To contribute to the financial success and stability of the organization by providing accurate and timely financial information

Professional Qualifications



Essential:

Minimum 6 years of work experience in Finance & Accounting domain.

Educational Qualification:



Essential:

Bachelor's degree in commerce/Finance/Accounting/Technology from a recognized university.

PGDM in Finance /MBA in Finance/MCom/Masters in Economics or Professional qualification like CA / Cost Accountant

Technological Savvy in Tally and Advance Excel is must.

CTC Offered: 1.5L to 2L per month



Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
