Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pattern Maker to join our Team. The pattern maker will be responsible for creating ,developing, and modifying patterns for garment to ensure proper fit, design accuracy and efficient production. This role requires precision,technical knowledge of fabric and garment construction and the ability to work closely with garment technician,merchandiser and production team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop accurate manual and digital pattern from designers sketches,technical packs, or samples. Ensure patterns reflect the design intent,fit standard and production feasibility. Adjust and grade pattern to different sizes while maintaining proportion and fit. Work with CAD/CAM software ( Optitex ) Conduct fitting and corrections to improve garment shape,comfort, and functionality. Collaborate with sample technician, sample makers and production team to resolve technical and construction issues. Maintain proper record of pattern ,modification and specifications.
Qualification & Skills

Proven professional experience as a pattern maker in the apparel industry Strong understanding of garment construction ,fabric properties and pattern making terminology. Expertise in Optitex CAD software is a key requirement for most positions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with team.

Pay: ₹10,618.17 - ₹17,279.50 per month
