Job Description

Assistant Front Office Manager (AFOM)

Ensure a warm welcome and smooth check-in/check-out experience.
Handle guest complaints, requests, and feedback professionally.
Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality.
Supervise daily operations of Reception, Reservations, Concierge, and Bell Desk.
Monitor room allocation, upgrades, and VIP/Group handling.
Ensure cash handling, billing, and night audit accuracy.
Assist in training, coaching, and motivating front office staff.
Prepare duty rosters, manage staff shifts, and allocate tasks.
Conduct regular briefings to update team on hotel activities, promotions, and policies.
Liaise with Housekeeping for room readiness and maintenance issues.
Coordinate with F&B, Sales, and Security for smooth guest services.
Maintain records of occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback.
Assist in preparing monthly/weekly reports for management.
Monitor departmental budgets and control operational costs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
