Supervise and support front desk operations, including check-in/check-out, room assignments, and handling guest inquiries or complaints.
Ensure a high standard of customer service is consistently delivered by all front office staff.
Act as a point of contact for VIP and special guests.
Assist in training, mentoring, and supervising front desk team, bell staff, and concierge.
Prepare work schedules and ensure adequate coverage during all shifts.
Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to the Unit Head.
Maintain a smooth and efficient flow of front office operations.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security.
Prepare reports related to occupancy, revenue, and front office performance as required.
Coordinate closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and reservations departments to meet guest needs.
Handle and resolve guest issues or complaints in a timely, professional manner.
Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction.
Assist with managing the front office budget, including labor costs and departmental expenses.
Oversee cash handling procedures and front desk accounting practices.
