Summary
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible to manage the day-to-day operation of our Front Desk, which covers the hotel's operators, bell desk and designated guest service officers.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years work experience as a Supervisor in a Telephone Department. Well developed communication, telephone and customer relations Skills. Computer skills in the use of MS Office, email, Opera and PABX Systems will be an asset.
