Responsible in daily operations, ensuring smooth guest services, supervising staff, and maintaining resort standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise front desk operations (check-in, check-out, reservations).
Handle guest queries, complaints, and VIP requirements.
Train and guide staff.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
Manage occupancy, billing, and cash handling.
Promote hotel services and support revenue growth.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management.
3+ years of front office experience, with supervisory exposure.
Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of MS Office
