As a Reservations Executive, you will make our guests feel welcome and reflect the exceptional experience the come when they arrive! Responsibilities: - \xc2\xb7 Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service \xc2\xb7 Ensure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through up-selling \xc2\xb7 Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests \xc2\xb7 Book room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the system \xc2\xb7 Ensure that team refers to guest history before creating a Guest folio to follow special instruction in case of regular and VIP Guests. \xc2\xb7 Ensure the accurate positioning of the hotel in terms of occupancy and rooms availability \xc2\xb7 Ensure that the corporate account number is recorded on the Guest Folio to help monitor quantum of business generated through respective companies. \xc2\xb7 Ensure calculative overbooking. \xc2\xb7 Give discounts and corporate rates, as per the company s policy. \xc2\xb7 Supervise and delegate work to reservation associate \xc2\xb7 Ensure that all reservations are recorded as per standard procedures. \xc2\xb7 Handle additional responsibilities as and when delegated by the Management. \xc2\xb7 Leadership skills that utilize persuasion and motivation to attain organizational goals is the most desirable management quality, followed by honesty, integrity, ethical behavior, tactfulness, openness, and cultural awareness; \xc2\xb7 Ability to accept responsibility; \xc2\xb7 Self-confidence, motivation, drive and tenacity; \xc2\xb7 Ability to enhance organizational performance; \xc2\xb7 Ability to clearly delegate tasks and responsibilities; \xc2\xb7 Ability to think strategically, inductively, and creatively; and the propensity to recognize and acknowledge other people\xe2\x80\x99s ideas \xc2\xb7 Your experience and skills include: \xc2\xb7 Guest focused personality is essential; experience is an asset \xc2\xb7 Prior experience working with Opera or a related system \xc2\xb7 Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities Qualifications What we look for: \xc2\xb7 Preferably 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality/ travel industry \xc2\xb7 Diploma or BBA in Hospitality or Tourism \xc2\xb7 Strong customer service ethic \xc2\xb7 Detail-oriented with all the administrative duties \xc2\xb7 Highly motivated, a positive can do attitude and a collaborative team player. \xc2\xb7 Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi (verbal and written) \xc2\xb7 Problem solving skills and ability to use own initiative \xc2\xb7 Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb919,224.92 - \xe2\x82\xb928,102.37 per month Benefits:
