Assistant Front Office Manager (IDS System experience preferred)
for our property in Goa. The role involves overseeing front office operations, guest satisfaction, and ensuring smooth check-in/check-out procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise front office staff, assign duties, and ensure service standards.
Handle guest check-in, check-out, and billing using IDS software.
Resolve guest complaints and ensure high guest satisfaction.
Monitor occupancy, room allocation, and reservations.
Train front desk team in hospitality and communication.
Prepare daily reports and assist the Front Office Manager.
Requirements:
Graduate in Hotel Management.
3-6 years of front office experience in hotels/resorts.
Proficiency in IDS software is a must.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle guest complaints effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
