Assists the Front Office Manager in overseeing front desk operations, ensuring excellent guest service, and smooth day-to-day front office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily front office operations and staff supervision
Ensure smooth check-in/check-out and guest satisfaction
Handle guest complaints and special requests
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
Train and guide front office staff
Prepare reports and duty rosters
Skills Required:
Strong front office operations knowledge
Excellent guest handling & communication skills
Leadership and team coordination
Knowledge of PMS and hotel SOPs
Qualification:
Hotel Management graduate preferred
3-6 years experience in front office operations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
