Supervise and support front office staff in delivering excellent service to all guests.
Assist with the management of daily front desk operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and billing.
Resolve guest complaints and requests promptly and professionally.
Monitor performance, appearance, and attendance of front desk employees.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and standards.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness and efficient service delivery.
Handle VIP and special guest requirements with discretion and care.
Conduct daily briefings and ensure smooth shift transitions.
Support the Front Office Manager in administrative tasks including scheduling, training, inventory, and report generation.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, amenities, policies, and promotions.
Assist in ensuring all health, safety, and emergency procedures are understood and followed.
Qualifications-
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Minimum of 4-6 years experience in front office operations, with at least 2 year in a supervisory role.
Proficient in hotel management software (e.g. IDS, WINCLOUD).
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Customer service-oriented with attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and shifts.
