Assist the Admission Department as and when required
, ensuring smooth coordination during peak admission periods.
Maintain records of visitors and ensure effective communication between departments.
Handle correspondence, couriers, and other administrative tasks.
Maintain a neat and organized reception area at all times.
Support administrative and event-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Educational Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:
Minimum
1-2 years
of relevant experience (school experience preferred).
Excellent
English communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in
MS Office
and basic administrative software.
Female candidates preferred.
Polite, presentable, and able to multitask effectively
