Job Title: Assistant Food Manager

Location : Calicut

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Food Manager in overseeing daily food operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service.

2. Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene are maintained.

3. Supervise and coordinate the work of kitchen staff, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.

4. Monitor inventory levels, track food costs, and implement cost-saving initiatives.

5. Develop and implement menus, recipes, and food presentation standards.

6. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health codes, and company policies.

7. Handle customer complaints and feedback related to food quality and service.

8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

1. Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and handling practices.

2. Experience in food management, culinary arts, or a related field.

3. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and manage priorities.

5. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Goals:

1. Maintain high food quality and presentation standards.

2. Ensure efficient kitchen operations and minimize waste.

3. Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints promptly.

4. Support the Food Manager in achieving departmental goals and objectives
