Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Finance Manager to join our

Finance Department in Chennai. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen,

hands-on experience in cash flow management, banking operations, and accounting,

specifically within the manufacturing industry. The role requires close collaboration with

internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

:


Manage daily cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity


Handle bank payments and reconciliation


Coordinate banking activities and maintain strong relationships with banks


Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable


Prepare financial reports and support month-end closing activities


Use Excel extensively for financial analysis, data management, and reporting


Assist in audits and compliance tasks

Key Requirements

:


Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts


Proven experience in the manufacturing industry (mandatory)


Strong working knowledge of banking operations, cash flow management, and

general accounting principles


Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)


Ability to work independently and under the supervision of the Finance Manager

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
