Job Description

The Assistant Finance Manager will support the Finance Manager in managing the financial operations of Medlounges. The role involves handling accounting, taxation, compliance, and reporting functions to ensure accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, ledger entries, and reconciliations. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. Handle monthly and annual tax filings and coordinate with auditors. Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance to support decision-making. Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management review. Supervise data entry in

Excel & Tally

and maintain accurate financial records. Support internal audits and implement process improvements.

Requirements:



Qualification:

M.Com / CA Inter

Experience:

1-2 years

in finance/accounting roles Strong knowledge of

GST, TDS, Excel & Tally

Analytical, detail-oriented, and well-organized Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Age limit:

30 years
