Job Description

Role Overview



We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts professional with strong expertise in accounting operations, statutory compliances, audits, payroll, and financial planning. The role requires hands-on ownership of day-to-day finance functions while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities



1. Accounts Payable Management



Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes including vendor invoices, validations, reconciliations, and payment cycles Monitor vendor aging and ensure timely payments as per agreed terms

2. Revenue Accrual & Accounts Receivable



Ensure accurate revenue recognition and monthly accruals Oversee invoicing, collections, customer reconciliations, and receivable aging

3. GST & TDS Compliance



Prepare, review, and file GST and TDS returns within statutory timelines Handle reconciliations, notices, and assessments with tax authorities

4. Transfer Pricing & Tax Audit



Coordinate preparation of transfer pricing documentation Support tax audits and ensure compliance with Income Tax regulations

5. Audit & Banking Coordination



Liaise with statutory, internal, and tax auditors during audits Coordinate with bankers for documentation, compliance, and financial information

6. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)



Assist in preparation of annual budgets and forecasts Perform variance analysis and prepare MIS reports for management review

7. Payroll & Statutory Compliances



Manage end-to-end payroll processing Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity, and other payroll-related statutory requirements

Qualifications



Graduate or Post Graduate

in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, or equivalent) Professional certifications (CA-Inter / CMA-Inter) will be an added advantage

Experience



Minimum 5+ years

of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts Experience in handling statutory compliances and audits is mandatory

Key Skills & Competencies



Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Indian taxation Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, payroll, and audits Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Attributes



Experience in a corporate / startup / service industry environment Exposure to multi-entity or inter-company accounting Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset

Pay: From ?750,000.00 per year
