Position: Assistant Finance Manager
Location: Kalady, Ernakulam
Qualification: MBA Finance or Equivalent
Salary: 6 LPA (Negotiable)
Experience: 3 to 5 years experience in FMCG/Manufacturing finance operations, Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP, GST, and TDS
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounting, banking & costing
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Oversee product costing, pricing analysis, and margin improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, and tax requirements including GST & TDS.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, company secretary and regulatory bodies as required.
• Monitor inventory valuation, working capital management, and credit control
• Lead a team of finance professionals and foster a high-performance culture.
