Main duties and responsibilities



Pathways



Preparing daily student collection report and flashing the same to the relevant stakeholder

Monitor mailbox and responding to queries

Posting daily Bank receipts into Intrinsiq or Sage Intacct

Identifying Unknown receipts and investigating with Sales/Admissions/Credit Control/Colleges

Daily Student Receipt re-allocation

Daily Cash summary

Process student dropouts/interruptions and associated credit notes to ensure on-going revenue recognition is accurate

Monthly Bank Reconciliations

Reconcile Sage/Intacct and Intrinsiq post interface

Assist with month end closing (With respect to both AP & AR Part)

Assist with refund assessments

Reconcile and process Student Loan receipts

Preparing pay run proposal with proper approvals on a weekly basis

Reconciling refund requests and posting associated admin on IntrinsiQ

Posting supplier invoices and payments in Sage Intacct

Ensuring proper Deducting of TDS (Withholding Tax) as per Applicable Laws

Ensuring timely deposit of TDS (Withholding Tax) & GST if any

Liaison with the consultant and ensuring timely filling of all GST & TDS returns.

Maintaining hard copies of all the accounting records.

Process improvement

Audit preparation and requests

Provide cover to other AR and AP team members when required

Maintain business partnering relationships with key departments

Assist team with ad-hoc reporting and requests.

Other duties



Provide input to commercial proposals

Recommend, test and implement changes to existing and new systems as required

Produce and maintain finance procedure documents relating to the responsibilities of this role

Providing support for Infrastructure/facilities related support.

Qualifications

:

Semi Qualified CA/ 2-4 years of experience
