Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant with 5 to 8 years of post-qualification

experience to join our dynamic finance team. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage financial

operations across multiple businesses, ensure regulatory compliance, streamline financial processes, and support

strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in accounting, MIS reporting, and ERP

systems, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Book Closure & Accounting Oversight:- Independently manage the monthly and annual closing of books for multiple business units Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable accounting standards - Ind AS Act as a key liaison with cross-functional business teams Lead the standardization and alignment of Chart of Accounts (COA) across entities. MIS Reporting, Business integrations and Diligences: Prepare monthly MIS reports for different business verticals to facilitate performance monitoring and strategic
decision-making

Provide variance analysis and actionable insights Business transition & Integrations Support onboarding of new businesses into the organization -Manage due diligence processes, transition of opening balances, and COA integration. Streamlining finance processes of the businesses / segments. ERP Implementation: Play a lead role in the design, testing, and implementation of ERP systems aimed at consolidating all business
entities.

Ensure ERP configurations align with financial reporting and control objectives. Statutory Compliance: Oversee monthly filings of GST and TDS in line with statutory deadlines. Ensure accurate and timely compliance with indirect tax requirements. Financial Statements & Audits with Big 4 auditors
Preferred Qualifications:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-8 years of post-qualification experience for Manager and 0-2 years for AM role Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Prior experience working with Big 4 auditors preferred. Moderate Ind AS experience is must
