About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical

Assistant Finance Manager

to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate must have at least

5 years of relevant experience

and come from the

Beverages industry

; candidates from

FMCG

backgrounds will also be considered.

This role requires strong financial acumen, hands-on experience in budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, and working knowledge of industry-specific financial practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Finance Manager in overseeing day-to-day financial operations Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely reconciliations Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (GST, TDS, income tax, etc.) Liaise with auditors, banks, and external consultants as required Review internal controls and suggest improvements to enhance financial governance Monitor cash flows, working capital, and cost management Prepare MIS reports and provide insights for strategic decision-making Analyze financial data and trends to support business planning

Key Requirements:

Education:

Graduate in Commerce/Finance; CA/CPA/MBA (Finance) preferred

Experience:

Minimum

5 years

in core finance functions

Industry Background:

Beverages

industry strongly preferred; FMCG experience is acceptable Strong command of financial reporting, analysis, and accounting standards Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
