Key Responsibilities
Drive regional sales performance to achieve assigned targets.
Lead, guide, and motivate field sales teams for consistent results.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
Monitor sales activities and ensure timely collections.
Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to support business goals.
Track market trends and provide regular performance reports to management.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
Minimum 2+ years of experience in field sales and marketing.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage teams and work independently in a target-driven environment.
Local market knowledge will be an added advantage.
