Assist in managing daily food and beverage operations
Supervise restaurant, room service, and banquet functions
Monitor and improve service quality and operational efficiency
Ensure high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and guest satisfaction
Supervise, train, and schedule F&B staff effectively
Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability
Assist in handling guest complaints and resolving service issues promptly
Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for smooth service
Support planning and execution of events, promotions, and menus
Track and control inventory, wastage, and portion sizes
Generate daily sales and service reports as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Hotel or Hospitality Management (or equivalent)
Minimum 4-6 years' experience in food & beverage operations; at least 2 year in a supervisory or assistant managerial role
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
Good knowledge of F&B operations, inventory management.
