We are a premium resort property committed to maintaining high standards of food quality, cost efficiency, and operational excellence. We are seeking an experienced

F&B Controller

to manage food and beverage cost control, inventory management, and compliance across all resort outlets.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and control food and beverage costs across all outlets Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory audits and stock reconciliations Analyze consumption patterns, wastage, and variance reports Ensure accurate recipe costing and menu engineering Coordinate with chefs and F&B managers to optimize portion control Verify supplier invoices, GRNs, and pricing agreements Maintain cost reports, MIS, and profitability analysis Implement cost control SOPs and compliance standards Support budgeting, forecasting, and annual audits
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as an F&B Controller or Cost Controller in a resort or hotel Strong knowledge of F&B costing, inventory systems, and internal controls Experience with POS systems, inventory software, and Excel-based reporting Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills Ability to work closely with operations, finance, and procurement teams
Educational Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Costing, or Finance Relevant certification in cost control or hospitality finance (preferred)

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
