We're looking for an Assistant Fabric Designer who is fast, detail-oriented, and confident with clients.
Your job is to support fabric development, handle client requirements, manage social media tasks, and maintain the brand's aesthetic across Instagram and other platforms.
This is NOT a "sit quietly and get instructions" role -- we want someone who takes initiative and delivers.
Coordinate with clients for appointments, measurements, and design discussions.
Present fabric options confidently and clearly.
Communicate client feedback to the design team without errors.
Ensure smooth follow-ups and timely updates.
Plan and schedule Instagram posts, reels, and stories.
Assist with content creation, behind-the-scenes coverage, and trend-based ideas.
Maintain brand consistency in captions, layout, and visual style.
Reply to DMs professionally and track enquiries.
Maintain showroom presentation.
Help during shoots, fittings, and styling sessions.
Ensure workflow between tailoring, design, and client teams stays smooth.
Diploma/Degree in Fashion Design/Textiles (not mandatory if experience is strong).
Prior experience in client handling or fabric-related roles.
Good command over English and Hindi.
Basic knowledge of Canva or similar tools is a plus.
