Responsibilities

Assist the Fashion Designer in researching current fashion trends and market demands Collaborate with the design team to create sketches and designs for new collections Assist in selecting fabrics, trims, and colors for designs Participate in fittings and make necessary adjustments to designs Prepare technical specification sheets and detailed tech packs for production Work closely with the production team to ensure quality and timely delivery of designs Stay updated on emerging fashion trends and industry developments
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field Proven experience as an Assistant Fashion Designer or similar role Strong knowledge of fashion trends and industry standards Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Excellent sketching and illustration skills Detail-oriented with a strong eye for color, texture, and proportion Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong communication and teamwork skills
