Job Title: Assistant Faculty - Accounts & Economics for Class 11th and 12th
We are looking for a dedicated and academically strong Assistant Faculty for Accounts and Economics for Class 11th and 12th to support our teaching team. The ideal candidate will assist the main faculty in delivering high-quality academic support, conducting additional lectures for weak or slow-learning students, coordinating with parents regarding student progress, and helping in evaluation and academic administration. This role is ideal for someone passionate about teaching, mentorship, and academic excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Support
Assist the main faculty in Accounts and Economics in planning and delivering academic sessions.
Conduct extra lectures, doubt-solving sessions, and remedial classes for weak or struggling students.
Provide one-on-one academic guidance when required to ensure concept clarity and improved performance.
Support in preparing class materials, notes, and practice resources.
Student & Parent Coordination
Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student performance, attendance, and behaviour.
Participate in parent meetings and progress discussions as directed by the main faculty or management.
Provide timely updates on improvement plans for students needing additional support.
Evaluation & Reporting
Assist in preparing, conducting, and evaluating class tests, assignments, and internal assessments.
Maintain accurate records of student scores and progress reports.
Identify areas where students need extra guidance based on test results and class performance.
Administrative & Classroom Support
Coordinate with faculty and management for academic scheduling and day-to-day academic operations.
Ensure class discipline, student engagement, and a positive learning environment.
Support academic events, workshops, and special sessions as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Accounts and Economics (Bachelor's/Master's in Commerce/Economics preferred).
Good communication and classroom handling skills.
Ability to guide and mentor students with patience and clarity.
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) for reporting.
Prior teaching or tutoring experience (preferred but not mandatory).
Work Environment
Classroom-based role with regular interaction with students, faculty, and parents.
Requires a responsible, student-friendly, and disciplined approach.
