EFS Facility Services is looking for a skilled and experienced
Assistant Facility Manager (AFM)
to support day-to-day facility operations with a strong focus on
electrical systems, HVAC, and building services
. The ideal candidate should have hands-on technical knowledge and the ability to manage maintenance activities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily facility operations
Ensure smooth functioning of electrical systems and equipment
Supervise maintenance activities for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and utilities
Monitor DG sets, UPS, transformers, HT/LT panels
Handle breakdowns and preventive maintenance schedules
Coordinate with vendors and service providers
Ensure safety compliance and statutory requirements
Maintain maintenance records, reports, and checklists
Support audits and inspections
Ensure timely resolution of technical issues
Technical Skills Required
Electrical knowledge: Star-Delta starters, breakers, wiring
DG Sets (DGS), UPS, transformers
HT Panel & LT Panel operations
Electrical panels and distribution systems
HVAC systems including chillers, AHU, and cooling towers
Basic plumbing knowledge
Preventive and breakdown maintenance
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Facility Management or similar role
Experience in commercial or corporate facility operations preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
