What this job involves:
As an Assistant Facilities Manager specializing in Soft Services at JLL, you'll be the guardian of workplace comfort and operational excellence for our clients. Working within our Account Management - Work Dynamics team, you'll oversee critical front-of-house operations including mailroom, reception, and housekeeping services while ensuring exceptional standards throughout the facility. Your role combines hands-on daily inspections with strategic oversight of vendors and service quality.
