Job Vacancy - Facilities Management Foreman

A leading Facilities & Property Management Company is seeking to hire an experienced Facilities Management Foreman.

Educational Qualifications:

Technical Diploma or Engineering Diploma in one of the following fields: Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering HVAC / Refrigeration Facilities Management
Requirements & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Facilities Management. 2-3 years of experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor. Good knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing systems. Ability to supervise maintenance teams and manage daily work activities. Knowledge of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards.
Language Skills:

Good command of English (spoken and written). Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
