Job Description

The opportunity

Project: A leading provider of portfolio rebalancing and trading solutions.

To provide professional and efficient skills in facilities operation and lead the team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Maintaining an effective command of the overall management of staff as per the organisational chart.

Tracking the AMC, warranty/defect liability period - HVAC, DG, BMS, CCTV contracts, maintenance calls and emergency projects.

Managing critical relationships with clients, tenants, and key vendors.

Coordinating with the landlord for all building fire/life safety drills/seminars.

Supervising and managing security, technical and soft service (such as housekeeping, pantry, cafeteria, courier and others) operations along with suppliers.

Ensuring that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly.

Scheduling and supervising maintenance repair work and assisting with checking installation and servicing equipment.

Maintaining ongoing communication with contractors, clients, and the team.

Performing an energy audit and recommending alternative sources of energy.

Providing risk assessment and mitigation plans to reduce the impact.

Supervising electrical works when new projects are undertaken.

Providing on-time incident reporting and providing RCA.

Scheduling PPM for critical equipment, and cleaning services and coordinating with the service partners for on-time work closures.

Interacting with the vendor supervisors on a day-to-day issue and ensuring all are closed on time to have monthly meetings with vendors to monitor their KPI.

Developing policies, processes, RAMS and procedures.

Ensuring the contractors follow the in-house rules at all times and the projects are handled with minimum inconvenience to the client.

Maintaining statutory documentation of service partners.

Supporting the business continuity plan.

Supporting the MACE account manager in the provision of reports and information as required for corporate properties.

Attending regular meetings with down line team to get updates from the team and to help them in solving the issues.

Ensuring space and move management is taken care of.

Providing effective vendor management.

Maintaining stock levels and parts within budget.

Providing a prompt response to inquiries whenever there is a breakdown, escalation and resolving promptly as per SLA.

Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and assisting with energy management

Helping the organization with cost reduction initiatives.

Troubleshooting machine breakdowns and providing preventive maintenance services.

Participating in environmental management systems.

Supporting EMS representatives in achieving the objectives.

Participating in EMS internal and external audits.

Finance

Generating MIS reporting.

Providing financial forecasting, expense controlling and scheduling expenses.

Invoices processing for management approval pertaining to site operations.

About you

You have a degree qualification. You have experience working in the technical and facilities management field. You have a wide knowledge of operations and maintenance of critical equipment like HVAC, UPS and etc.

You are digitally savvy, especially in MS Office and can provide support to strong motivated teams. You will have a facilities management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
