Crane Worldwide Logistics is a leader in supply chain solutions with over 130 locations across 30 countries providing individual services that address our client's logistics challenges.
:

• Operations Management : Handling the daily operations of the air export department, including booking, routing, and tracking of shipments. There should be closely Coordination with CHA / AIRLINES & TRANSPORTERS.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Carrier Management: Develop and maintain relationships with air carriers & Vendors negotiating rates and services as needed.
• Compliance : Ensure Company compliance is followed with relevant regulations, including customs, security, and safety regulations.
• Performance Metrics: Handle Day to Day Activities , Manage Daily Reports / KPI there should be Zero Error . Need to Maintain - Daily DSR / Quote LOG . Daily Update should be Given to your Reporting Manager.
• Process Improvement: Highlight areas for process improvement and implement changes after checking with your Reporting manager , to increase efficiency and productivity.
