to support and coordinate our export operations. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the timely execution of export orders, managing documentation, coordinating with suppliers, logistics, and regulatory authorities, and maintaining client satisfaction across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate end-to-end export operations for agro and processed food products
Interact with overseas buyers, understand order requirements, and ensure smooth order processing
Liaise with suppliers, cold storages, and packaging teams for timely procurement and dispatch
Prepare and verify export documentation including invoice, packing list, COO, B/L, FSSAI, Phytosanitary & Health Certificates
Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and shipping lines for booking and shipment execution
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customer-specific documentation
Maintain and update export order trackers, customer databases, and shipment schedules
Address queries from customs and port authorities when required
Support senior management in developing new markets and onboarding new buyers
Monitor shipment movements and provide regular updates to clients
Manage overall operations of the company
Fixing targets to the sub ordinates and ensuring the same are achieved
Improve overall sales of the company and to maintain healthy profitability.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (preferred in Commerce / Business / Agriculture / Food Science)
2+ years of experience in export/import operations, preferably in the agro or food industry
Strong knowledge of export documentation and international trade terms (Incoterms)
Familiarity with customs clearance procedures and EXIM regulations
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email Communication)
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
Preferred Skills:
Working knowledge of DGFT, FSSAI, APEDA, and other regulatory bodies
Exposure to ERP/Tally or similar software for documentation
Experience in dealing with QA/QC teams and international inspection agencies
