The Executive Assistant to the Director will provide high-level administrative support to the Director by managing schedules, communications, meetings, and travel arrangements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion. This role requires excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the Director's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
Act as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other documents as needed.
Handle confidential documents and ensure they remain secure.
Take minutes at meetings and follow up on action items.
Coordinate logistics for board meetings, conferences, and other events.
Manage email and other communications on behalf of the Director.
Conduct research and compile information to support decision-making.
Assist with personal tasks and errands as required.
Liaise with other departments and ensure alignment on key initiatives and deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
