Job Overview:
The
Assistant Executive
will play a key role in supporting the Director in planning, coordination, and execution of business activities. The position requires a responsible and detail-oriented individual who can manage communication, scheduling, documentation, and assist in strategic and operational decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Director in day-to-day operations, planning, and coordination of business activities.
Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth communication and task completion.
Follow up on pending tasks and projects on behalf of the Director.
Draft official letters, emails, and documentation as instructed.
Support in reviewing contracts, quotations, and client proposals.
Maintain business records, files, and data management systems.
Assist in planning business trips, client meetings, and company events.
Perform administrative duties as assigned to support the Director's office.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
2-4 years of experience
as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role (experience in manufacturing or healthcare sector preferred).
Salary:
As per company standards (commensurate with experience and performance).

Pay: ₹12,666.77 - ₹35,000.00 per month
