We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Assistant Executive
to support our management and operations team. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day administrative, communication, and coordination tasks to ensure smooth functioning across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with internal teams and clients for project updates and task follow-ups.
Assist management in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
Handle emails, calls, and scheduling of meetings.
Maintain and update project records, leads, and client databases.
Support HR and operations teams in onboarding, procurement, and office coordination.
Ensure smooth communication between departments and external stakeholders.
Handle general office administration and support senior executives as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
1 year of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role (preferably in an IT firm).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
Basic understanding of IT services or project workflows is a plus.
