to support the Managing Director in day-to-day operations, communication, and project coordination. The role requires professionalism, discretion, and excellent organizational skills to ensure the MD's office functions smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the MD.
Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting notes as required.
Coordinate with internal departments and ensure timely execution of MD's instructions.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents and information.
Track progress of business projects and provide regular updates.
Liaise with external stakeholders, clients, and vendors when required.
Organize and follow up on board meetings and senior management reviews.
Provide general administrative and operational support to the MD.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
2-5 years of experience as Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Administrative role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
