Role Overview
We are looking for a
reliable and proactive Assistant Executive (Intern)
to support our
Assistant Manager and Founder
in daily administrative, coordination, communication, and operational tasks.
This role is
purely an assistant/coordination role
and does
not involve digital marketing execution
. The intern will act as a central support system to help manage schedules, communication, follow-ups, documentation, and coordination activities.
This internship is ideal for candidates who want exposure to
corporate operations, executive assistance, sales coordination, and professional communication
.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Executive Support
Provide administrative assistance, including:
Writing and editing emails
Drafting memos and official communications on behalf of the executives
Maintain
accurate records, files, and documentation
Manage the
executive's calendar
, appointments, reminders, and task prioritization
Organize meetings:
Scheduling meetings
Sending calendar invites and reminders
Coordinating logistics when required
Take
Minutes of Meeting (MoM)
and circulate follow-up points
Handle incoming phone calls politely and professionally
Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately (if required)
Coordination & Follow-ups
Follow up with internal team members and external stakeholders on assigned tasks
Handle task reminders and reporting follow-ups for people reporting to the Assistant Manager / Founder
Maintain and update
work diaries and follow-up trackers
Coordinate meetings with partners and stakeholders
Client Communication & Coordination
Handle
WhatsApp and email communication
for branding and sales support
Follow up with clients for responses, confirmations, and updates
Schedule meetings via
Calendler / Zoom / face-to-face
and send email invites
Credit card bill payment follow-ups
Requirements
Fresher / Intern only
Good command over
English (written & spoken)
is mandatory
Self-correspondence skills
(email drafting, replies, follow-ups) are a must
Strong coordination and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage priorities
Basic knowledge of:
MS Office / Google Workspace
Email etiquette and professional communication
Gujarati-speaking candidates preferred
Positive attitude, responsibility, and willingness to learn
