maintain all correspondence of ceo office
maintain all general files & data regularly.
making schedules/ appointments & take care of all appointments.
prepare task plan and keeping track of appointments
prepare agenda & minutes of meetings of every meeting
make travel arrangements ( tickets booking, hotel bookings & itinerary design etc)
communication and regular follow up with all the verticals regarding targets and achievements.
ensure ceo desk & chamber should be organized and clean.
all administration activities and day to day work.
