Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers.
Manage pre-joining formalities and onboarding documentation.
Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS.
Support in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Address basic employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, and benefits.
Assist in conducting surveys and feedback collection.
Maintain personnel files and HR databases.
