Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and execute
employee engagement
activities, events, and initiatives.
Assist in end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and performance tracking.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation accurately.
Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with company standards.
Coordinate with various departments to understand manpower needs and employee concerns.
Handle grievance management and promote a healthy work environment.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and assist in data analysis for decision-making.
Participate in training, development, and internal communication activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
MBA or Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources (preferred).
Minimum 4 years of experience in HR, especially in employee engagement and generalist functions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and HRMS tools.
Positive attitude, creativity, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
