Oversee housekeeping, office maintenance, and basic facility needs.
Support travel bookings, meeting arrangements, and event coordination.
Act as a point of contact between departments or external stakeholders.
Draft internal and external correspondence.
Support with presentations, reports, and follow-up communications.
Maintain confidentiality in handling business documents.
Coordinate with vendors and submit invoices to the finance team.
Collect bills, quotations, and payment details from departments.
Help in basic data entry and preparation of expense statements.
Track advances, petty cash, and assist with audit documentation.
Draft letters, memos, and reports for internal and external communication
Support department heads or executives in project planning and tracking.
Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
Compile project data, status updates, and prepare reports.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and consultants.
Support procurement, billing, and documentation processes.
