Perform data entry and maintain digital records and databases.
Prepare reports, letters, and documents using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Handle email correspondence and file management.
Assist senior executives with scheduling, documentation, and coordination.
Maintain inventory and office supply records.
Operate and maintain basic office equipment such as printers and scanners.
Support in handling phone calls and front desk queries (if required).
Ensure data confidentiality and office discipline.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office and typing speed (minimum 30-40 WPM preferred).
Good command of English, Hindi, and Gujarati (as per company requirement).
Basic knowledge of office equipment and IT systems.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and work under supervision.
Qualifications:
Minimum HSC (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.
Computer course certification (e.g., CCC, DTP, or equivalent) preferred.
0 to 2 years of experience in a similar role. Freshers with good skills can apply.
