Role Overview:
We are hiring a proactive and organized
Assistant Executive
, preferably
female
, to support day-to-day administrative tasks and assist in
business development
across various ongoing and upcoming construction projects. The role involves
extensive travel within North India
and participation in key client meetings and site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage administrative tasks and documentation related to construction projects
Coordinate with site teams, vendors, and clients
Assist the leadership team in official meetings, client presentations, and follow-ups
Organize and maintain schedules, reports, and office systems
Contribute to business development efforts by identifying leads and helping with proposals
Travel to various construction sites for monitoring and coordination
Qualifications & Requirements:
Any graduate (Business/Admin/Engineering background preferred but not mandatory)
Comfortable with
frequent travel
across Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, and other North Indian states
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must be disciplined, presentable, and have a willingness to learn and adapt
Basic proficiency in MS Office and digital communication
