Job Description


Keeping track of all payments and expenditures including Purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc. Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances Maintaining historical records Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports Continuing to improve the payment process Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted. Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements Generate reports detailing accounts payables status Matching Inter unit as well as intercompany transaction Preparing data for audit purpose Bank Reconciliation Preparation of payment file for online payment
