Coordinate and manage all aspects of resort events from inquiry to execution.
Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements, budgets, and preferences.
Prepare event proposals, contracts, and cost estimates.
Work closely with F&B, housekeeping, front office, and other resort departments to ensure seamless execution.
Arrange decor, entertainment, audio-visual setup, and logistics as per event theme.
Client Relations & Sales Support
Conduct site visits and event briefings with clients.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Support the sales team in promoting event spaces and packages.
Handle guest feedback professionally and ensure client satisfaction.
Operations & Administration
Prepare detailed event orders, timelines, and checklists.
Manage vendors and suppliers for decor, lighting, and entertainment.
Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown.
Ensure compliance with resort standards and safety guidelines.
Maintain reports on event performance, budgets, and post-event evaluations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in event coordination, preferably in a resort or hotel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Creative, detail-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and event management tools/software.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
