Job Description

Planning & Strategy

: Develop event concepts, define objectives, manage budgets, and create detailed project plans.

Logistics Management

: Select venues, book vendors (catering, tech, entertainment), arrange travel, and manage all operational details.

Coordination

: Act as liaison between internal teams (marketing, sales), external vendors, clients, and stakeholders.

Execution

: Oversee event setup, manage on-site activities, and ensure smooth delivery from start to finish.

Marketing & Promotion

: Support marketing efforts to promote events and drive attendance.

Reporting

: Prepare reports, track metrics, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
