Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil or relevant discipline). Minimum

5 years of experience as a Project Manager

in construction activities

after graduation

. Experience in

public or private limited organizations

. Hands-on experience in

planning, designing, and construction

of: Large office buildings Multi-storeyed buildings Residential campuses Proven experience in

preparation, scrutiny, and evaluation of tenders

. Strong knowledge of

SSR (State Schedule Rates) and DSR (Delhi Schedule Rates)

.

Telugu speaking is mandatory

.

Desirable Experience & Skills

Experience in administering construction projects in

all phases

. Working knowledge of

PERT / CPM techniques

. Proficiency in

computerized project management and design tools

, such as: MS Project Primavera CAD / CAM Experience in

tender analysis and evaluation

, including comparative statements. Ability to work efficiently in a

fully computerized environment

.

Job Profile / Roles & Responsibilities

Effective monitoring and management of construction projects. Updating project data and identifying

bottlenecks and risks

using tools like

MS Project

. Suggesting

remedial measures

to ensure timely completion with quality standards. Coordinating with various offices and

project owners

for regular data updates on project monitoring software. Attending project-related queries, resolving issues, and providing technical guidance to project owners. Ensuring compliance with approved plans, schedules, and specifications.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
