Residential campuses
Proven experience in
preparation, scrutiny, and evaluation of tenders

Strong knowledge of
SSR (State Schedule Rates) and DSR (Delhi Schedule Rates)
.
Telugu speaking is mandatory
.
Desirable Experience & Skills
Experience in administering construction projects in
all phases

Working knowledge of
PERT / CPM techniques

Proficiency in
computerized project management and design tools

MS Project
Primavera
CAD / CAM
Experience in
tender analysis and evaluation

Ability to work efficiently in a
